I left the camera at work so today is another shot from the archive. This is an old photo of when I met the president.

Last night, with the help of Erik and Kate, I was able to hang my book shelves and put up the books, adding more precious space to the apartment. I think we are close to being ready for a couch. To celebrate, Erik, Kate, Lauren, and I had a pint in the rec room (formerly known as the Edge). After dealing a bit of sage advice to us, Erik commented, “I am like Confucious…except with a beer and a cigarette,” gesturing with those items.
