Tuesday night was a fantastic Book Club. Joslyn cooked a meal that I commented on–“I regret ever calling other meals good having eaten this”–roasted chicken breast with goat cheese and sage stuffed beneath the skin. Au gratin potatos and a walnut pear salad. Finished with a brandy pumpkin pie topped with homemade ginger whipped cream. All with lots of wine in the coolest Dumbo apartment with wonderful folks. I don’t even remember the name of the book and I don’t care. I hearby offer an open wedding proposal to Joslyn.
