Brasstown Bald and Northern Georgia

I was able to convince Matt to fly to Atlanta for some Northern Georgia hiking. Our goal was Brasstown Bald. We lucked out with some fantastic weather at the peak of the Fall colors.

An unusually warm winter weekend allowed us to hike up a section of the AT to the southernmost glacier created lake, Sunfish Pond.
