Here's a bit of shoddy reporting. The dish in the picture is one of my all time favorite meals. It's only available on the Saturday brunch menu at Savoia in Carroll Gardens. It's a slow-cooked ragu wtih sausages and homemade meatballs and pasta. The faulty coverage is that I can't remember what the dish is called. I just know where it is on the menu. Nevermind, you wouldn't like it anyways. There's only a few outdoor tables there and I'd rather you didn't take one unless I'm with you.
