We've cooked BBQ chicken twice since we bought the new grill. I crave it! The trick to great chicken is dry the meat really well, dry rub spices, sear on high heat to make the skin crispy, cook through lower heat or a side where the burner is off, and spread the sauce on for just the last few minutes.
