A bunch of kids met at PJ Hanley's in Carroll Gardens to wish each other Merry Christmas before we all left for our respective home towns. Oddly, there were babies between some of the sots and their pints. Happily, it turns out that the chatter of adults is soothing to the young ones. And they also inspire prompt waitress service, so I say I am for babies in the pub.
