While walking into the Texas State Fair, I discovered that there once was a woman named "Irma Lerma." This makes my world a better place.

After a few web searches, I haven't found any more info on Irma. I think I'm happier with her as a mystery. After I took this shot, I bought two bottled waters from some students of the school trying to earn funds for a trip to DC. Enjoy our nation's capital, girls.
