To help my father-in-law celebrate his birthday right, we took him to Zafra in Hoboken for amazing Cuban food. The establishment serves an unbelievably excellent food (including a transcendent mole sauce) and will make you a pitcher of sangria with wine you bring in. After dinner, we took a nice stroll down to the Hudson to see the city lights.
