My friend Ron organized a nice BBQ dinner at the awesome Virgil's with some colleagues and pals to celebrate Penn State’s trip to the Rose Bowl. Ron is taking his dad to Pasadena for the game. I’m hoping his good filial AND BBQ karma deliver a big win for State over USC. Should Ron ever quit his day job, he could be an event organizer at the highest rate. Also, Memphis-style ribs on a Monday are a treat that you should indulge in at least once per quarter. Thanks, Ron!
