It's summer in Brooklyn, which means quiet streets and corn from the Borough Hall farmers' market.

Saturday was one of those perfect summer days. Not too hot, bright, with crisp air. You only get a few of these a year, so it's best to enjoy. We went running and then hit the farmers' market. It's not quite the same as floating all day at the pool, strolling on the beach, or sipping mint juleps all day in the gazebo, but I'll take it.
