Last night, in an effort to stick to resolution #12, we saw Will Ferrell send off President W. The show was awesome and I recommend you see it or watch it when it's aired on HBO. The highlights for me were the Condi dancer, the true facts and quotes, and Will Ferrell's knack for clever twists of phrase by his buffoons.

I remember when Nixon died and the news was playing all sorts of respectful and mournful retrospectives. Hunter S. Thompson popped out of semi-retirement to write a scathing reminder that Nixon was vile, manipulative bastard who never apologized to America for flaunting the law. "You're Welcome America." is Mr. Ferrell's valiant attempt to set into the record of public consciousness exactly how bad GWB was. I support heartily. I know we are attempting a new era of bipartisanship and I'm totally willing to hug John McCain. However, lest we forget, GWB was the worst president ever.
