I snuck down to DC this weekend to catch-up with old friends at Janine&#39;s awesome rooftop shindig. Judy also showed and Lauren was my co-pilot (God was in the Hamptons). <\/p>\n<p>I like DC. It&#39;s not like NYC. Hot. Political. I saw lots of &quot;Taxation Without Representation&quot; license plate and business signs that said &quot;Proud to be Black-owned.&quot; The folks there have a opinions and a love of granite. I definitely like to get down there once a year.
