After the smoking law passed, the Fish Bar&#8217;s co-owners fired all their bartenders and agreed to work all the shifts themselves. By having no employees, they are complying with a loophole in the anti-cigarette law that grants them the permission to allow smoking&#8212;an important tip for you addicts out there.
